I had a great experience with Ultimate Transport. They communicated up front about rates, timing and pick up schedule. In fact, regarding the timing they gave me, the driver beat the timeline by a few days driving cross country from CA to PA. The team stayed in continual contact by phone, text and email so I was always in the loop.
