These guys were awesome! I was moving cross country with my Ford Econoline and had a transport company ready 2 months in advance (Mercury Transport). The Pickup day came and went and they just made excuses. I called Utimate and told them I needed help and was leaving in a couple days. They said they would call me back in an hour. They called me back and said they would pick it up in 4 days. I was nervous because I had just been burned. But they showed up and dropped it off as planned. I was soo happy. I would use these guys again.
