We decided to go with Ultimate 123 after we canceled a contract that was booked in April with another company (broker) who was uncertain of finding a driver till the last moment of the given 1-5 day pick up schedule for the month of June. We did not have an option other than to find another company who offered what they promised in the first place. My friend who used this company's service referred me to them. The contract was signed on June 14th EOB, a carrier was dispatched around 1 pm on June 16th and car was delivered on June 22nd evening. All the staffs including the person who helped with the contract (Anthony), the staffs who assisted in sharing the update, the dispatcher (Alex, from Intransit LLC) to the driver (Daniel, from Intransit LLC) made the process smooth, seamless, re-assuring and as promised. Last but not least want to thank the quality assurance team for the prompt follow up on the service quality. Thank you for setting the bar high. Eternal Bliss to your team!
