They were honest about the price, were patient (not pushy) as I coordinated the pick-up while away from NM. They gave me clear dates and updated me regularly via text. I got unwanted calls from 5+ other shippers who all said "BOOK NOW" but changed their prices and would not confirm dates on inland pick-up (getting it from NM to Port of Long Beach, to ship to Hawaii). These guys were the best. I paid $2600 altogether, which was not the cheapest, but was a fair price for the assurance I got.
