This is the second time we've used Ultimate Transport 1-2-3. Both times we shipped our car across the country, and both times they did it without any major complications. This second time, the pickup actually occurred seven days after the window opened, and they did not do a great job communicating with us about the pickup. Otherwise they did a fine job.
