The dispatcher called me frequently to apprise me of the ETA. The drivers called me during the trip to let me know when they would arrive. When they arrived there were problems starting the car and moving it. Both the drivers jumped in and worked very hard to solve the problems. Thanks to them going over and above their jobs the car was unloaded and all was well.
