Dealing with this company in particular Lenny Pulse is the worst experience I can remember. I might add this was my second experience with Ultimate Logistics. The first experience did not go well. I was willing to give them another chance if they could provide a better service. Mr. Lenny Pulse wrote me back and assured me my second experience would me much better. I wish that as the case it was much worse!!! I sent payment in full via Paypal. When I received confirmation from Paypal that the payment was sent and the funds were available to Ultimate Logistics I called Mr. Pulse to get my Truck picked up. He stated to me that he did not have the funds and was not going to start anything. This went back and forth and I finally got in touch with Paypal to see what was going on. They stated to me everything was fine and the company had the money. I went back to Mr. Pulse and he still would not start the process. I even went to the degree of having Paypal send and Mr. Pulse an additional email that he had the money. Bottom line this went on for days with Ultimate Logistics having my money in full and not doing anything. After days of this nightmare Mr. Pulse told me to send more money. Of course I questioned this and we stated he wants another 3% because I used Paypal. I told him this was illegal and also against Paypal policies. He did not care for he was holding my truck hostage. I had no choice but to send the additional 3% if not I would never receive my Truck. After I send the additional money he did not arrange to have the truck picked up for weeks. I found that Mr. Pulse was very difficult to work with. He would not answer my direct questions of when my truck was going to be picked up and when will it arrive. He would just be unprofessional with me and say “Send money and get on with it”. As an owner of a company myself I would want to know if an employee was treating customers so poorly. I asked for the owner so I could report the service I was getting with Mr. Pulse. Well come to find out Mr. Pulse was the owner. Needless to say it went down hill from there. My truck was 2 months late with the Radio Stolen. In trying to get my radio replaced from Ultimate logistics they will not answer my emails hoping I guess I will just go away.
To recap, Ultimate Logistics took my payment in full and would not start the process for weeks. They illegally charged an additional 3 %. The Truck arrived with a stolen Radio over 2 months late. Every company makes mistakes but that is when you have to be pleasant and make up to the customer the companies errors. This company goes the other way Mr. Pulse became more rude blamed me and would not answer my questions. Needless to say I will not give them a third chance and I would recommend to you not to give them a first chance.
