Our experience is probably not unique, but it was a first time for us! We were affected by the CZU Lightning Strike Fires in CA and our situation was further complicated by the pandemic.. Several weeks after the fires were out, it became necessary to have one of our vehicles transported to another part of the state. Ultimate transport was easy to work with, responsive and helpful with our extenuating circumstances involving mountain roads, rural setting, size of driveway, turnaround space, timing and size of the vehicle which was a 1976 (not running), lifted, GTO with oversized tires. .Several days into the process, while waiting for actual drivers to respond to the order request,, our circumstances changed radically due to several new fires created by high winds very close by and requiring us to rent a trailer and move the GTO that day.. We received excellent help navigating the cancellation process from Supervisor Alex V. and came away feeling we would definitely call Ultimate transport the next time we need a vehicle transported.. Everyone we spoke to was helpful in this process and we want to thank the whole team for their help during these challenging times.
