Patrick was very helpful and provided a bunch of information, very prompt at returning calls (nomatter when) and I would go through Patrick again for car shipping. The transport company itself could have done a better job on providing an accurate delivery time. They were in the area within 2 days from pickup (Thursday) but due to things beyond their control they did not actually drop it off till Saturday (2 days later). The car was fine, no problems, a little dirty but with an open carrier you need to expect that....
