This was the first time I have purchased a car that I couldn't just drive home. Needless to say I was VERY nervous about the purchase and the whole shipping process. I filled out some information at some website and within a minute Pat called me and explained that I was going to be bombarded with phone calls and emails(he was right) and explained the whole shipping business to me and advised me that there were alot of scammers out there. When Pat mentioned the bit about the scammers I again got very nervous and thought he was using the old reverse psychology technique on me, but after a few minutes of chit chat I decided to use Ultimate. Pat kept me current on everything that was going on when I wasn't calling to check up on things myself. I would definately use Ultimate Auto Shipping again if I ever have the guts to buy another car that's across country. Pat is a very professional guy that loves what he does and does it very well. A++
