I used Pat previously to ship my daughter's car from NC to CO when she relocated for college and that was my first time using a car transport service. I didn't even know they existed! But after reading Pat's reviews, I chose him and was not disappointed the first or second time I used him.
This move was our second experience with him, moving my son's car from NC to CA this time. Again, he was professional, always available to speak with me, on top of everything and made the shipment as effortless as can be. The car was picked up on time, arrived on time, everything was in it exactly as it was when we shipped the car (even the McDonald's cup my son didn't clean out of the back seat and his skateboard there too was exactly as it was when we placed it on the truck!)
Pat is excellent to deal with, so knowledgeable, so "on top of things" and just a pleasure to do business with. The first time I shipped my daughter's car there was a bit of miscommunication between myself and the driver involved and Pat took care of everything. This time, there was nothing that didn't go perfectly!
I would refer Ultimate Car to anyone needing to transport a vehicle and highly recommend Pat as a true professional!
