We needed our daughter's car shipped from PA to Florida so she had it at her first semester at college. We knew nothing of how this industry works. I called two other companies before this one and simply asked for an explanation of how the process works, and neither were willing to educate me on the industry before I made a shipping decision. Ultimate Auto Shipping took the time to exaplin the process to me so I could make an informed decision. I was treated professionally with excellent communication in a very prompt manner. We needed it shipped right after the holidays so we were fearful of availibility. Ultimate Auto Shipping found us a driver. The shipper delivered the vehicle to the airport terminal as our flight landed. The shipper used excellent communication in establishing pick-up and delivery times and also kept us up to date on the vehicle's progress while on the way to the destination. We will probably use the company and shipper's services again in the future.
