I was initially very skeptical about the whole process as I had never used a transportation company in the past and didn't know how the whole processed worked. Patrick was very patient and professional in explaining what to watch out for and who were the players involved. I felt very comfortable trusting him to handle the transport for me. I had a drop dead date that I had to have the vehicle delivered, which only gave Patrick a few days to find a carrier and have it at my company's doorstep. Patrick was very confident, very professional, very courteous and kept me in the loop the entire time, even calling me during the weekend to provide updates.
I strongly recommend Ultimate and would use them again without question.
