I have shipped 3 companies in the pass and honestly Ultimate Auto Shipping in FL has been the BEST experience! Pat Lynch is the owner, who personally called me, introduced himself, straight forward, no games, and I couldnt ask for better service! one previous company i shipped my car before, when i tried calling them for my car update, the voicemail was full! I could never reach them! I called Pat one time, pretty late (10pm) he picked up! Lol. He called me back to help me resolved my issue about being short on money for the driver. He helped me coordinate the transaction with the actual shipping company first thing in the morning! AMAZING! other companies would NOT have done that!
Honesty: 5 star! Service:5 star! Fast, door to door! I swear these drivers dont sleep! Lol Communication: 5 star! which is a BIG one for me! picks up my calls, returns my calls, prompt emails, easy to reach!
Im just going to use Pat in the future to ship my car from now on...and not waste my time with others. Im always into saving money, but sometime, those are the ones that never pick up your calls! can never get a hold of them either!
