WORST ever!

I can't believe a business like this exists! The WORST I have ever dealt with. North American Van Lines outsourced this company for us to move our vehicle. Customer Service and communication was non existent. Moving is already a stressful thing and having incompetent people moving your car makes it even worse. UZ Auto had us sitting and waiting and waiting and waiting for a phone call of any kind to let us know when they would pick up. We thought they were not coming and on a Sunday no one picks up the phone, we decided to start driving both cars to our destination. Half an hour on the road, they decided to call us and tell us they were 20 min away. We had to turn around and come back and they took the car away. All they the driver had to do was call us and let us know the time (window) our car would be picked up.

At the location where our car was being delivered, we sat and waited again as we were told that our car would be here today. Again no communication and calling them and talking to them was more frustrating then sitting around waiting. Got the run around and for some reason our car is being towed to us. Whatever that means.

WARNING TO ALL - DO NOT WORK WITH THIS BUSINESS! I have never been so unhappy about a service before! Have your car shipped with someone else! I can't believe I paid some company to make me feel like this, actually paid hard earned money

I am new claims manager here at UZ Auto and would like to resolve this matter with you. Please give me some detailed info about this claim so that I may investigate who exactly was at fault for this if any. Thank You.
