Overall a good experience, with one caveat: The initial quote will go up because once you sign up, they put it out to bid with the various dispatch companies/drivers and based on your circumstances you will get the best quote for the window you are shipping in. My initial quote was $325 but it went up to $600. But that was the prevailing rate at the time, so I don't feel bad about it. Anna Martin was great however. I would recommend working with her is you can.
