Worst company ever, I was told 3 times that the truck would be picked up each date came and went without anyone showing up. I even called today to cancel and was told the truck was on the way..... waited all day no one ever showed up.
If you cant do it, or dont want to do it just tell the customer all they did was make me pay more storage costs from them not showing up.
Not only did another provider show up today to do it, they even did it for less then USA auto transport was going to do it for.
STAY AWAY if you want your car actualy shipped.
