This was the first time I’ve ever had to transport a car. I didn’t know what to expect. This was a relatively small job-about 300 miles within CA. I worked with James and he was very responsive at all hours of the day. He could tell I was a little nervous about the process and made accommodations for me to feel more comfortable with the transaction. I really felt like he was working hard to get me a driver unlike another company that strung me along for 3 days with poor communication. I wish I would’ve contacted US Star first and saved myself 3 days. I would definitely call them first next time!
