I was honestly a little nervous about shipping my car because I had read so many negative things about auto transport companies. I contacted US Prime Shipping LLC, and Ken Morris helped me with the whole process. The quote I received was around $675, which initially made me wonder if there would be some kind of catch later. Ken explained that the price was an estimate based on the route and the carriers available at that time. Everything was explained to me before moving forward, so I knew what to expect. There was no bait and switch in my experience and no scam. The communication was good, my questions were answered, and my vehicle made it to the destination without any major issues. I think some people judge the entire auto transport business without understanding how carrier pricing actually works.
