Amanda helped turn a really stressful and inconvenient situation into a more positive experience. Our original driver that was scheduled to pick up our cars cancelled last minute and she was quick to help get a new driver. She was very understanding with me while I was frustrated and upset and helped provide clarification on the situation and apologized on behalf of the company and driver
