Used this service to schedule a pickup a few weeks in advance. Was contacted on the day of pickup that they were working on the other one. By the end of the day, none of their dispatchers could find a carrier, and the same issue occurred the following day. I got a quote from SGT and was luckily able to get a carrier the same day. I issued a refund, and at first, they said I couldn't get one, but the contract stated a full refund if a carrier hadn't been assigned, which they failed to get for two days already. They then turned around and said I could get a 50% refund, even though it should have been 100%, but I didn't feel like dealing with the nonsense. Also, previously, when I first sought a quote, they kept calling/texting and pestering me every 30 minutes, even after I told them I'd get back to them with the needed information. Overall, a very unprofessional and poor experience.
