Navigating the auto transport world started off pretty rough. I had a few let downs before I met Lily Wilson with US Freight Master. She was my agent and she walked me thru the entire process. I was very skeptical at first but was pleasantly surprised by her kindness & communication.. She found me multiple drivers. We discussed which met my needs best on price & timing. She secured the driver we chose. He showed up the next day as promised. Communicated the entire duration of the transport, as did Lilly, who constantly checked in on me, and my car arrived safely across the country within 48 hours. Lily followed up after the delivery to ensure I was happy & everything went as planned.
5 stars!! I couldn’t be happier! Call Lily with US Freight masters! My driver was Trai w/ T&L TruckLines. Both were equally amazing!
