If I could give negative stars I would. I paid an $80 deposit and was told total move of my vehicle would be $200. I would pay drive $120 when car arrived at destination. I was moving it from Indianapolis, IN to Decatur, AL. When moving day arrived I called them and asked when they would be picking up my vehicle? In which they responded by saying oh today you need your vehicle picked up. I said yes according to the contract you sent me today. The individual told me that he had to make some phone calls and would be texting me information and not to call him again till I heard back from him. He then texted me and said that he found a transport for $450. I told him he quoted me $200 in which he said well he can’t find a vehicle transport for that amount. I was in a bind and would not be able to find another transport company in such a short notice that day and I told them to schedule the truck to pick up my vehicle that day. The person who did pick up my vehicle transport was very professional did a great job delivering the vehicle to the destination. However, the total bill was the $450 plus the $80. I told the guy that he lied to me but he didn’t care it seems like they do this bait and switch all the time and I’ve seen other reviews about this company and they’ve done it to others. So be careful who you use.

Dear Gary Teise, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re genuinely sorry to hear about your frustration and want to address your concerns directly. First and foremost, we never intend to mislead any customer. Like all brokers in the auto transport industry, we provide initial quotes based on current market conditions, but pricing can vary depending on availability and carrier demand — especially on short notice or less common routes. In your case, we understand the timing was urgent, and when the original carrier couldn't confirm the pickup, we immediately worked to secure an alternative solution the same day, which unfortunately came at a higher market rate. You were informed of the new rate before confirming the booking, and we proceeded only after receiving your approval. We are pleased to hear that the driver delivered your vehicle safely and professionally. We take pride in working with qualified carriers who provide excellent service. We do not condone or practice “bait and switch” tactics. Our goal is always transparency and communication, even when market conditions require adjustments. However, we acknowledge this situation was stressful, and we’re reviewing how we can better manage expectations around pricing and same-day changes. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to improve. If you'd like to discuss this further, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team directly we’re here to help. Sincerely, Customer Relations Team US Freight Master
