Total scam artists. I was quoted an "estimate" and the communication leading to the pickup date was ambiguously quiet. Day of with still no exact pickup time for a car to be taken across the country. Finally, pickup will be tomorrow and the price is triple what was "estimated". Triple. When I complained they did me a "favor" and brought the price down to double the original quote. If I were you, I'd go to a different company altogether. If you need to use them, plan on whatever quote they give you will triple, unless you complain and you'll pay double. This is the most unprofessional experience in my 40 years in business. Jake Snyder and Mark Weber. I'm sure this is their whole plan all along - prey upon someone's timeline. Shop elsewhere.
