My name is Linda. and I used US freight master as my shipping service of two cars from Florida to Pennsylvania. I was Leary about the negative reviews and I questioned them. They told me they were fake. I read reviews where people were charged or quoted a certain price and they doubled the price at drop off. I also was quoted a price and they charged me $1200 more at drop off. I saw this in another review and they told me that that was a lie that it was fake when in fact, it was not I am only staring in the facts not my opinion.. Do not use this company. They also were two days late picking up my vehicle. I only had a certain time to get the vehicles out. I lost my father and my uncle was helping me transport his vehicles from Florida to Pennsylvania. Should be an easier system to book shipping vehicles a week in advance. Not the day before call and set it up. Then it falls through. Very disappointment and will not use them again.
