The best thing i can say about US Transporters is that the price they quoted me was the price i paid.Both,Xavier,Jean Claude and Jackie contacted me to update me on things.Will definitely used them again,as a matter of fact,i have already referred them to another friend in Tampa,FL.Tried two other carriers before choosing US Auto Transporters and they both raised the rates they had previously quoted.This could be a very frustrating process but from the first person i spoke to,Jean Claude,i felt that i had found my shipper.He took the time to explain to me how the system works{i had used shipping companies before so i knew what to look for}.he didnt seem to just be looking to make a buck but have a satisfied customer.I am that satisfied customer!.Price is important,as we are all trying to save some money here and there,but truth and honesty are equally important.Lastly i would like to say,if you have any car shipping needs,call Jean Claude.Im sure they have other qualified brokers,but Jean Claude is the one i spoke to.He was my first impression.
