This company is a fraud. Beware. The quote they provided me was under the assumption that the car could drive on to the transport however the car would not start therefore the quote increased because a truck with a winch was needed. Finally the car was able to start but the company claims the original contract amount increased for an additional 4 to 7 hundred dollars. The excuse was there are no drivers in that area for the amount quoted and contracted for. The agent knew he couldn't honor the original quote so he lied to gain my business. They now refuse to issue any refund for the deposit amount but continue to contact me asking for an additional amount to paid upon delivery of my vehicle. There is no safe guard or guarantee that the contracted amount will be honored once the contract is signed. Be Aware!! This can happen to anyone whenever this company decides to make more money from helpless customers. I plan to contact the BBB and obtain a lawyer to disclose this deceitful business. Like they say, the cheapest quote isn't always the best one. You get what you pay for.
Since posting this review the company contacted me and threaten to cancel the contract unless I remove this review. I also contacted the BBB.
