Delivered On Time, Even in a Snowstorm – US Car-Go Freight Shines!

Overall, a very good transaction with US Car-Go Freight. The new vehicle arrived on time, even in a snowstorm, and was in perfect condition. The drivers, Mike Adams and Steve Wilson, were very courteous and professional. My only minor complaint is that I provided the pickup contact information at the dealership to a US Car-Go Freight rep, but on pickup day, a different rep called saying, “The dealership could not find my vehicle,” and asked for the VIN. I wasn’t at home at the time and couldn’t provide it, so the rep asked for my last name, and then the dealership was able to locate my vehicle. A little better communication between the reps could have avoided that tiny hiccup. Would I use them again? Absolutely! As stated above, I was very surprised and impressed that the delivery was on time, even in a snowstorm. US Car-Go Freight gets the job done!
