The conduct exhibited by this company reflects a disturbing departure from ethical business practices, marked by illegality and a fundamental lack of trustworthiness. Despite entering into contractual agreements for transportation services, the company egregiously altered the agreed-upon terms subsequent to contract execution, withholding critical information pertaining to payment conditions until after contractual obligations were finalized. Upon delivery, the company brazenly deviated from the contractual stipulations, failing to uphold their end of the bargain. Moreover, they resorted to deceptive measures, misrepresentations, and harassment directed towards our dispatch personnel. Notably, at the point of delivery, the company coercively insisted upon a modified payment structure contrary to the agreed-upon terms, compelling our compliance under duress. The depths of their misconduct further manifested in their coercive tactics, wherein they unlawfully conditioned payment upon our provision of three favorable reviews across 3 platforms. This coercive demand, coupled with their deceitful tactics and propensity for misinformation, exemplifies a flagrant disregard for integrity and ethical standards within the business. Despite their prior knowledge of the impending transport arrival, the company chose to pursue a course of obfuscation and hostility, demonstrating a willful disregard for their contractual obligations and a disdain for the principles of fair dealing. Their actions not only betray a lack of professionalism but also undermine the very foundation of trust upon which business relationships are built.
