Terrible Service, unreliable

Many issues with them, don't use them ever, I asked them to ship my car from Toronto to San Diego, and faced many unprofessional and below acceptable service level. They delayed the pickup because the driver had a personal issue! (then I realized that he wanted to go to another state because of the long weekend) The car came in in the worst condition, the car was convertible with beige interior, I paid for enclosed shipment, but they left the top open during the shipping. The leather was covered with dust and the truck exhaust residue. I finally got the car, and I had used them as the broker to do the custom forms for me, but they couldn't even mail me the forms. I had to go and pick it up, and then I took the one-page paper to DMV, they asked for so many other things that they hadn't provide to me. US-Canada transport charged me almost $5000 for transportation and customs fees, they didn't even provide me with one page to show that they have paid the government. I'm still dealing with California DMV and I'm paying penalty because the registration is being delayed.
