i got my car delivered from Toronto to California. I had to follow up several times at the time of delivery to ensure my car would get picked up in time from my family's house, when they were home. Once they showed up unannounced without any warning when my family wasn't home which cost me a lot of coordination time. Then when they took the car across the border, they did not provide me with my customs form that I needed to register the car. When I followed up a year or two later after my temporary registration expired to get this customs form as required by the DMV- Selwyn was less than helpful in providing what I needed and rude on many occasions. I had to spend time and money to register my car due to the lack of knowledge and helpfulness from this company. I recommend going with a more knowledgeable company with better customer service.
