Being a single woman & having NO CLUE about what it takes or costs to ship a vehicle across the country, I began doing some research & called around to several different companies. Now, even though I NEVER changed my origination or destination, the quotes I was getting did. I was ready to give up, being that I felt I was being given the run around & taken advantage of... I then spoke to US AUTO TRANSPORT & LOGISTICS. Ryan, the associate that answered, turned my experience around making me feel comfortable & secure w/ the process. He was knowledgeable, and informative and patient and in my opinion HONEST. He was able to answer EVERY question & explained why I kept getting all these different quotes. EVERYTHING he said was accurate- the price he quoted was what I actually paid, the timing was on point, and my car made it back without a scratch on it. The driver was also exceptionally courteous. I would DEFINITELY use them again and would HIGHLY recommend them.
