WOW! Based upon the recommendation of a friend, I contacted Don Tackett at UFirst Auto Transport. Don quickly responded to my e-mail and remained in touch with me. His quote was reasonable and everything he said was accurate. The driver/carrier worked with my friend in Virginia that was storing the car for me. He was right on time with both pick up and delivery. Additionally, he called several times during the trip to inform me of his status. He delivered the car on-time and without any damage. Both Don and the driver were professional, courteous, and OUTSTANDING to work with. I highly recommend this company. I am pleased to say that there is nothing negative I can say about this transaction. My car was handled professionally and I was kept informed of everything from either Don or the driver at all times.

I have a great deal of respect for these individuals. This is a tough business, yet they managed to quote me a price that was fair to us both and lived up to the promises they made. Their attitudes really made a positive impression on me. They truly know how to work with customers and know how to take care of the property they transport. I can't thank them enough for the outstanding service I received. Would I use their services again? ABSOLUTELY!!!
