Getting Explorer from Sacramento to Detroit

I had first arranged transportation of my Explorer from Sacramento to Detroit with a company that had offered a lower bid, and had been told on two separate days to stay home and wait for an imminent call from a driver "in my area" who would be by in the next few hours. No call-back or pick-up ever happened. I cancelled with the first company, and then called U-First. They charged a somewhat higher price (which was well within the ballpark of all the other quotes I received on-line...), and made arrangements which quickly hooked me up with a phone call from a driver telling me he'd be stopping by my house within a couple of hours. The auto transporter showed up Friday when he said he would, his truck looked shiny and well-maintained, and the driver and his helper knew what they were doing. The driver called my grandson with a Tuesday P.M. delivery time, and as promised, the Explorer was delivered to my grandson in Michigan on Tuesday evening. He's happy with the SUV, and I am very happy with my experience with U-First Auto Transport.
