This review is a fraudulent fabrication connected to a documented extortion attempt. Following a full investigation by Great American Insurance, the liability claim associated with this matter was formally denied on September 10th, 2025, because the physical damage alleged was completely unrelated to our transport. Immediately after the denial, the claimant attempted to obtain a $4,000 cash payoff in exchange for dropping the matter. Due to the inconsistencies in the claim and the subsequent cash-demand behavior, Great American Insurance referred the claimant to the National Insurance Crime Bureau (NICB) and the Florida Department of Insurance for potential insurance fraud. We retain the direct email evidence verifying these facts. The statements made in this review are false, retaliatory, and misrepresent the nature of the transaction. They do not reflect an authentic customer experience and are directly tied to a fraudulent claim that has already been rejected and escalated to state and national fraud investigators. We do not pay off extortion attempts. This entire file—including the denial letter, fraud referral documentation, and written cash-demand evidence—has been submitted to the appropriate authorities and platform review teams for permanent removal.
