Nicole at Truthful Transport was very helpful and worked very hard to match other bids. They had very good reviews so I wanted to give her the opportunity and the fact that she was so nice on the phone. The transport company she set us up with were very helpful and answered my questions every time I called. The only drawback that I found was that this car was being shipped to my son on a Military Base and he was only able to accept delivery at specific times due to his school, evenings or weekends, and I stated this clearly numerous times and was assured it was not a problem. The car was delivered very early in the morning instead of the evening and he barely made it to class on time. It worked out though and everyone was great, including the truck drivers. After reading so many bad reviews for so many companies, I did more research and I'm glad I did and went with Nicole, she will do everything she can to help you get your car shipped with very little worries.
