Do not use this company! Save yourself the pain! The name Trusty is misleading. This company was over 3 weeks late in delivering my car, despite the company’s repeated delivery date. Then, before releasing my car, the driver demanded cash payment because the driver needed to buy gas. If you go with the company you better have a lot of cash handy at any hour of the day or night when they feel like delivering your car. When I called the Trusty representative to complain about the cash requirement, they were of no help and explained to me that the “Driver shouldn’t be requesting cash; That isn’t our policy.” The driver wasn’t requesting cash – he was demanding it! Then the driver’s truck broke. The lift would not drop to the ramp to the ground. The driver attempted to unload my car from a ramp nearly 2 ½ feet off the ground. Who knows what he would have done if I wasn’t there. After two hours of waiting for him to unload my car, I then learned that they broke the door lock, which I had to pay for. Please do not go with this company. There are too many good companies to go with for you to deal with this. You deserve better!
