TRUSTY TRANSPORT FALSE ADVERTISEMENT - order 7-14 placed on 7-2-03. car (nice and clean)was picked up on 7-15-03 (almost 2 weeks later). Car was delivered on 7-21-03, dirty and had 120 extra miles added to odometer. Complaint was filed to TRUSTY TRANSPORT and finally to BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.
TRUSTY TRANSPORT advertisement that the car will be on the truck till deliver is FALSE in this case. In addition TRUST TRANSPORT manager claimed that it was the trucking company who transported the car, should be responsible, and of course, the truck driver denied of any knowledge.
TRUSTY TRANSPORT in this case is NOT TRUSTWORTHY at all.
