Good service - bad communication

I had a 79 Vette to be picked up in Vegas and delivered to Shelby Montana. Overall my experience was good with the exception that the communication is spotty at best. The phone number they provide is either not working or they do not answer. This is a little frustrating but for the price saving (is about 1/2 of the cost) can easily live with it. Having said that, the car was picked up and delivered very fast and for the price they quoted. With the exception of the car being dirty (but who cares - it cost 2 bucks at the car wash to rinse it off) it was delivered in perfect shape. Makes a guy scratch his head when the delivery guy only wants to take cash (but the trucker subcontract broker did let me pay by VISA on the phone - don't know whether that is a common matter or a one time example with me). Trusty subcontracted the delivery to another company and as such it was a little hard to follow - BUT - as stated, the car was delivered when promised (in fact a day early) and in perfect shape.
