If you don't like unprofessionalism, steer clear. Robbie Anderson will probably get your car shipped for the price he quotes but, expect two things. 1) He won't deliver on his promises. And, 2) Once he has your contract, his responses to your update inquiries will be 2 word texts (i.e. working on it, in process, not yet, etc.) that may take a whole day to receive.
In my case, Robbie had a truck show up a day before I told him the car would be available. He did this with no communication at all and got angry that I was asking for driver information before the vehicle was scheduled for pickup. Robbie had no time to respond to my status requests before the pickup. But, Robbie had plenty of time to curse me out by text after he screwed up. Then, after I told him I no longer needed his services, he scheduled a truck to pick my car up 2 days after it was supposed to be picked up. He didn't communicate that either. He represented to me that his company had its own trucks so they were better than some broker posting to the national board for drivers. He gave no indication that my pick up date would be any problem. In actuality, he was just obtaining quotes from other drivers to haul my car for him. Maybe not exactly the same. But, for me the outcome was the same. He had no idea if and when he would be able to pick my car up, just like all the other brokers.
He would probably be better off if he just hired an administrative assistant to handle all his communications after the sales pitch. If you need your car shipped cheap with no communication, no lead time, and no professionalism- he's probably your guy. But, if you need the least bit of professionalism, it's worth the extra money to go elsewhere.

This is not our customer. We do not quote even #'s. The order # given was for a truck from Wa. to MI. I also do not curse. This is clearly a fake review done by a competitor and have asked for it to be removed.
