Placed order on Jan 24 for a pickup on Feb 4. By Feb. 8th no pickup, called, told no truck dispatched, would need to offer more money to driver. Why they couldn't have said that before the requested pickup date i don't know. Even when I agreed to higher price still no dispatch and no communication. Had to start over with another company and my daughter was without a car for 11 days because they wasted my time. Would give 0 stars if I could.

What could we do ? Vehicle was in NH near Canada in February. Snow,high winds,below zero temps, He wanted loading on the 4th and fired us on the 8th. Taking a double decker 93' car hauler into those conditions in the mountains is very dangerous and I can't put a gun to my drivers head and make him. Once the weather broke a week later somebody sent a truck in for him. I do not blame the customer for being mad but sometimes Mother Nature wins.
