I talked to Tony and got a total to transport my trailer. He guaranteed the time and cost of the transport. less than 24 hrs before the pick up he changed the total cost to more than 50% of its original value knowing that I was flying the next day and had to rely on them because of the time. His excuse was that the price we talked about and "signed" could be changed anytime and he would not do my service unless I paid a higher amount. I had to make a deal of 25% of what we originally discussed. I found out that he was also trying to screw with the delivery driver as he posted a specific value and then changed it at the last minute. That was why he increased the value in my end so he could profit a higher amount. He tried to screw both the customer and the worker causing me to eat up the cost at the end. I had different offers for the same value we discussed and only went with him because of reviews and I thought the company would be the one holding the insurance. I found out the company does not have insurance, it is the drivers and the insurance is not displayed to you by the company so you don't even know the amount it will cover. Horrible experience. I would recommend from my knowledge just finding someone who is doing it on their own with insurance and it will save you the time and less change of getting screwed over like they did with me.
