They provide a quote significantly less than everyone else. They also promise you it will be delivered on a certain date and window. After waiting days of them "not being able to get a carrier" for the price they quoted, they jack up the price to what all their competitors originally quoted. All the time, the person selling the vehicle is asking when my carrier will pick up. I later learned the commercial driving laws also would not allow the vehicle to be delivered in the timeframe they promised. Physically, impossible. I learned this after talking with the driver and signing the contract. Then when they missed the window for delivery and because I was out of town, I had to make other arrangements to receive. Gina proceeded to lie to me telling me the carrier was now concerned he would not get paid and that I was making him upset. I conferenced the driver in with Gina and the driver stated he never said he was upset with me or vice versa and he wasn't concerned about getting paid. He has my vehicle after all, I'd be extremely stupid to not pay him. Think about that. Tru Carrier can not be trusted. They will lie and deceive you. Go elsewhere.
