My Ford Expedition broke down during a road trip about 3 hours from my home. I wanted to get my vehicle back home for a reasonable price so that I could decide whether we would repair or trade-in. I received several comparable quotes but used True Carrier as they responded first both with a written quote and a phone call. We weren’t ready to make a decision and I asked him to follow-up the next day. He did and we decided to move forward. The process was simple, efficient and affordable. My vehicle arrived safely and as promised.
