I communicated via email, and they answered my questions promptly, within minutes of my sending the email. They were able to get my car shipped within days of my first inquiry and placing the order. The cost of shipping was very reasonable, cheaper than another well known company that cancelled my order last minute. The trucking company that got assigned my order was also commendable- customer service was also very helpful. Picks up or returns calls promptly, very accommodating. Car was picked up Sunday in FL and delivered in CA on Saturday. They adjusted to my requests on pick up time and delivery time.
