I'm sure it's luck of the draw, but I submitted a request and received confirmation that they could arrange for a pick-up that day. I didn't expect that. The communication was great, from Truck It Transport, to Lego Transportation (who were contracted to transport the vehicle), to the driver himself. It was delivered the day they said it would be without issue.
