From the time i booked to the time the car was picked up, it was 2 weeks but that was due to snow and ice. I understand that it is difficult to get drivers to drive through those conditions. I was extremely happy with Rick Jackson who picked up the car. He was very courteous and made sure that my daughter received the car at a convenient place and time for her. It was a pleasure to work with Rick.
