My car was picked up and delivered a few days late, but given the long distance and the fact that transport surrounded a national holiday it was perfectly understandable. The car was also picked up and delivered far earlier than expected given that I chose a budget shipment option. The driver corresponded with me to update me on the status on my transport frequently and was courteous in bringing it as close as possible to my doorstep despite the very large truck size.
