2008 BMW 535XI Shipment

I needed to get my car shipped (08 BMW535XI) from NJ to IN. I wanted to fly out there and drive the car back to Indy because I did not feel comfortable with the idea of getting my car shipped. When I read Kim's reviews, I felt good and called her up. She was very helpful from the get go and answered all my questions. She was polite and courteous.

I live in Columbus IN and that did not seem to be an ideal route for the truck drivers and we had to wait 5 days before my car was picked but throughout this time, Kim was in touch with me and kept giving me updates. In the meantime she made sure that the driver who picks up my car has a 5 star rating. She also got the driver to drive to Columbus instead of Indianapolis and deliiver the car in close carrier.

Overall, she made the shipment experience very easy and positive for me without compromising on excellent service. The driver was really polite and kept in touch with me once he left NJ to IN. He gave me updates and upon my request arrived earlier than what was expected.

The car was shipped as promised

I WILL DEFINITELY Would use Tru Auto Transport again
