From start to finish Tru Auto Transport was TRUE to there every word. I got burned in the past by 1Shotexpress. They took my deposit and ran with it and did not make good on the delivery. However, after explaining how afraid I was and why. Kim at Tru Auto took the time to explain everything to me and made me feel that she would get the job done. The whole process of the pick up and delivery was excellent. She called me every step of the way. She even called after the vehicle arrived to the destination. The carrier was very professional and polite. He called every step of the way as well. I highly recommend TruAuto Transport to anyone who has been burned in the past and are afraid to trust the auto transport companies. Kim is the BEST!!!!
